House Rules

#1. No parties or events

#2. No unregistered guests

#3. No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs

#4. No pets

#5. No glitter, confetti, taping objects to walls, etc.

#6. Extended stays, if approved, require weekly cleaning.

#7. No commercial use without approval

#8. No mail may be sent to the property.

#9. No candles, open fires, charcoal grilling, fireworks or other potential fire sources

#10. No hunting or shooting on the property, to include archery

#11. Fishing is catch and release only.

#12. Artifacts found are the property of the landowners. 

#13. During deer hunting season access to the property and trails may have specific restrictions that must be followed.

#14. Guests use of the property constitutes Agritourism under Texas State Law.

#15. Guests must review the Release, Consent and Assumption-of-the-Risk Agreement. 

#16. By booking a stay each guest agrees to the House Rules and Assumption of Risk.
