Discount Rate: We offer a discount to ministers employed by a church or mission agency.

• 2-night minimum stay: $186.

• 3-night stay $228.

• 4-night stay $272.

• 5-night stay $315.

• 6-night stay $357.

• 7-night stay $400.

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total. The cleaning fee is included, but taxes will be added. A tax exemption can be applied with proper documentation. 

Standard Rate: Anyone can request to stay at The Stillwater. For those not in ministry, our standard rate is $175.00/night + $150.00 one-time cleaning fee + taxes.

We will send an email to include an attached invoice for the total cost of your stay. To confirm your reservation, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid upon invoice receipt. Payment options are provided at the bottom of the invoice. 

Check-in is 3 pm or later; check-out is by 11 am. 

To receive the minister’s discount, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and that you agree with this document. Abide and Conquer LLC reserves the right to deny the use of its facilities to those who do not align with our ministry’s statement of faith.

As part of the request to stay, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have reviewed the House Rules and have read, understand and agree with the Assumption-of-Risk Agreement. These are to ensure your safety and avoid misunderstandings.

Please let us know as soon as possible as this allows for Abide and Conquer LLC to open the calendar for others. Abide and Conquer LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations. All cancellation notices will be sent by email on record. If Abide and Conquer LLC cancels the reservation the $50.00 deposit will be refunded in full.
